****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.
Purchased in late 2024, this is a new rental for the 2025 Season and is in excellent condition. The kitchen features upgraded cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and is ready for all those cost-saving meals at home. The main bedroom has a queen bedroom and a private full bath. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a trundle (single) bed underneath and is a great option for the kids. The second bedroom has easy access to the full-size hallway bath. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa. The living room and both bedrooms have TV's. There is a washer/dryer for guest use along with free Wi-Fi.
In addition to all the great features listed above, this unit is only a block away from the beach for easy access and is strategically located on 70th street. It is the ideal location to experience all that Ocean City has to offer whether you head North or South. Prefer to stay close by? You will be near fabulous dining options such as Dead Freddie's, Touch of Italy, Longboard Cafe and Annabelle's, just to name a few. The kids will love being in walking distance to miniature golf, paddle boards and Sweet Frog Frozen Yogurt! It's also a great spot for watching the cars and motorcycles during Cruisin' OC and Bike Week!

* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.

* This condo is on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
