****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that time, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.
Features of this professionally decorated property include new paint throughout, new vinyl flooring on the upper level and new furnishings/decorations in each room. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The first bedroom is located on the main level and has a queen bed along with a trundle bed. The remaining bedrooms are upstairs. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed along with a bunk bed that also has a trundle bed underneath. The main bedroom has a king-size bed along with a full bath. There is a desk in the bedroom for those of you that will be "working from home" during your stay and of course those amazing ocean views. The home has TVs in every bedroom, split system AC systems, a washer/dryer and of course wireless internet.
Centrally located on 51st Street, this home offers convenient access to locations throughout Ocean City and the surrounding areas, including easy access to route 90 for trips to Berlin and Salisbury. You’ll love the proximity to the Convention Center, fantastic bars/restaurants, miniature golf, go-carts and Ocean City’s famous boardwalk.

* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* Two Parking spots included. Additional street parking is available but limited.
* Quick access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This house is located on 51st Street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. The property owner chooses TV viewing options.
* The sleep total of 10 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
