You will receive your check-in instructions with your final payment (about 30 days prior to your stay) and in there, you will find the bed sizes along with directions for ordering the linen package if you do not wish to bring your own.

This fabulous 2 BR, 2 BA unit can sleep six. The main bedroom has a king bed along with a private bath. You'll love waking up each morning to the ocean views and having your own entrance onto the balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed along with a bunk bed, a TV and easy access to the hallway bath. There is also a fold up cot with memory foam that is available for guest use. Both bedrooms feature recently updated furnishings. The nicely appointed kitchen has everything that you need to cook those cost-saving meals at home, and the dining table has plenty of room for everyone to sit together. The tastefully decorated living area has room to stretch out, and the owner has provided throw pillows for kids to lounge on the floor if they choose. The large flat screen TV provides easy viewing for everyone. From your balcony, you’ll enjoy the spectacular Ocean City sunrises, watch dolphins swim, keep an eye on the family at the beach, or just relax. In addition to the views, the convenient location allows you to easily move back and forth from the beach to the unit without a hassle. There is a full-size washer and dryer for guest use, a new central AC unit installed in 2026 and of course free Wi-Fi.
Located off 50th street, the building is located directly next to the Ocean Pines Beach Club were guests can purchase passes to use the pool and facilities. The desirable midtown location provides easy access to activities both north and South and is also a smart choice for guests with events in Salisbury with easy access to Route 90. This unit is convenient for all the Ocean City has to offer with great restaurants, stores and entertainment within walking distance or a short drive away.

* Ocean Pines Beach Club Daily Passes - $18 (ages 18 and older) and $16 (ages 5 to 17)
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* Check-in is 4pm and checkout is 10am.
* This condo is on the 3rd floor. The Mooring has an elevator.
* One parking spots is provided. Additional street parking is also available.

* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 50th street.
* Linens/towels are not provided. Guests are welcome to bring their own or we do offer a linen/towel package for rent.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
