The spiral staircase takes you upstairs where the bedroom is located and has two queen beds, TV and AC. It also has new flooring and paint. Conveniently located to North Side Park, it is a great location for families that are participating in events there. The park also has a playground area, pavilion with a grill, crabbing/fishing pier, a paved walking trail and of course those famous fireworks. You'll be close to many great restaurants/bars with a 1 minute walk for Starbucks, McDonalds, and Tailchasers Restaurant. You are also close to mini golf, go carts, water slides, and movies. The building is located about 2 blocks to one of the widest beaches in Ocean City and gives you plenty of room to spread out. When you are tired of the beach, come back and enjoy the large pool. Any way you look at it, you won't be short on things to do during your trip!

* This condo is on the 2nd level;. There is no elevator.
* Two uncovered parking spots are provided.
* The outdoor pool is open between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Easy access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 123rd street.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
