This 2 BR 2 BA unit has a king bed in the main bedroom, two full beds in the second bedroom and queen sleeper sofa. There are TV's in every room and internet is provided. The building is located ocean block and is a short walk to the beach. There is both an indoor and outdoor pool along with a fantastic gym for guest use.
Located in Northern Ocean City, the unit is located near miniature golf, go-carts, a water park, boat rentals, Fisher's Popcorn and some of the best restaurants/bars including the famous Harpoon Hanna's and Catch 54 for name a few. Tax free shopping is only a few blocks away and you'll be nicely situated for a drive to the outlets in Rehoboth.

* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 2nd floor. There is an elevator.
* Hawaiian Village has 3 buildings: Royal Hawaiian is a 4-story building facing 142nd Street, Outrigger is a 2-story building off of 141st street and Waikiki is a beachfront building. This condo is located in the Royal Hawaiian building.
* Check-in is 4pm and checkout is 10am.
* Linen & Towel Rental available upon request or guests can bring their own.
* Two parking spots are provided in an open lot. There is additional parking available on the street.
* Pools are open seasonally. Dates on availability are determined by each individual building. We cannot be responsible for changes in pool hours, dates of operation or pool closures.
* Quick access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 142st street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
