****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.
This Capri has some wonderful amenities to help make your stay even more enjoyable. You'll have access to a lighted indoor pool (open year-round), exercise room, sauna, tennis court, indoor basketball court and even a game room! The building is also convenient to restaurants, shopping, entertainment and events at North Side Park.
This fabulous condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can sleep 6. The master bedroom has a King size bed, full bath and a TV. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed, a traditional 2 Twin bunk bed and a TV. The second bedroom has access to the full bath directly across the hall. You'll have a fully stocked kitchen for those nights that you want to stay and cook at home. There is also a washer/dryer in the room for guest use. The renovation of this condo includes a comfortable dining table and chairs as well as a separate multi-functional space that can be used for additional dining or a Wi-Fi equipped workspace, perfect for those of you that may need to "work from home".

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* A $75 non-refundable building registration fee is due upon arrival. The fee entitles you to one numbered parking spot. An additional spot may be available for an additional fee on a first come/ first served basis. All parking is handled by the onsite security desk.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit and building.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* This condo is on the 9th floor. Capri is an elevator building.
* The indoor pool is open year-round.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Beachfront building
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 110th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

The property is exactly as pictured and described. Very comfortable bed and chairs/recliners. Great views! Easy elevator access! Good location in OC. Wonderful time of year..mid November as there are very few people visiting these big condos. Very easy registration and check in!

The condo was beautiful and very well maintained. Only issue we had was wifi connectivity was not good. My kids couldn’t watch shows at bedtime. Other than that, the building staff was great, the pool was excellent, and the game room was fun. Most of the games didn’t work because of no wifi connectivity, but we were able to enjoy basketball.

We had such a wonderful time staying at this condo! Beautiful views, easy check in and out, and a very clean property. Easy access to multiple restaurants and the beach. This condo was easily the best stocked kitchen we have ever stayed in…plenty of glasses, plates and cookware! We will definitely be back!

We had a great time staying in the Capri building in this condo. The condo is clean and looks just like the pictures! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The building has a nice indoor pool and a great deck with access to the beach. The building is near to plenty of restaurants, grocery stores etc. It is about a 20 min drive to the boardwalk.

Great trip and great place overall! A few things are missing: Tupperware (no lidded containers for food storage) , no oven mitts, no kitchen hand towel and most outlets are painted over making plugging in a little hard. Second bedroom is a little tight and therefore no place to put clothes (no dresser) and closet doesn’t have easy access for getting stuff in and out and organized. Lastly if there were more wall hooks to hold wet towel that would be helpful. Again nothing life shattering and the good far outweighs the little things that are missing just some suggestions for improvements.

The views are phenomenal. The unit is very well appointed and worked well for our family of four. The location was perfect for us. The only negatives - it may be common for the building, but it was very odd for us to have to put on our own sheets. Further, the instructions to unload the dishwasher and sweep the floors while being charged 125 for a cleaning fee was unexpected.

We were lucky enough to be the first guests of this property and we couldn’t have been happier! The building had great amenities and the unit had comfortable beds and fully stocked kitchen for all the comforts of home. Only adjustment was it could have used some light darkening curtains to sleep in after sunrise. Would 110% book again! Thanks for the great vacation away!
