Imagine waking up to the sun peaking over the horizon as it turns the ocean a warm shade of orange. From there, you move to the balcony and enjoy a cup of coffee to the sounds of seagulls and waves crashing on the beach. It really doesn't get much better!
Located on 110th street in the Capri, this building has some wonderful amenities to help make your stay even more enjoyable. You'll have access to a large indoor pool with a huge sunbathing deck, tennis court and even a large game room with an indoor basketball court! The building is also convenient to restaurants, shopping and entertainment.
This fabulous 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit can sleep 8. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a TV and private bath. The second bedroom has a queen and a flat screen TV. The third bedroom has a 2 full size beds and a flat screen TV. There are two full size baths, and both have been updated. The unit features a nicely equipped kitchen with granite countertops and appliances. There is fresh paint throughout you can see the owner's pride in ownership. There is also a washer/dryer and Wi-Fi internet. Be sure to book next year's trip early as this one book up fast!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* A non-refundable building registration fee of $75.00 is due upon arrival. The fee entitles you to one numbered parking spot. An additional spot may be available for an additional fee on a first come/ first served basis. All parking is handled by the onsite security desk.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit and building.
* Sorry no pets.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. Individuals or groups must all be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* Check-in is 4pm and checkout is 10am.
* This condo is on the 5th floor. The Capri is an elevator building.
* The indoor pool is open year-round.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Beachfront building
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 110th street.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes Toilet Paper and 1 roll of Paper Towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 8 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

Beautiful and comfy condo. Owner responded very quickly to all my questions. Checkin was very simple, and condo was perfectly clean, spacious, and felt new. Lots of amenities, clean linens, towels, and perfect location. Condo building also has lots of activities, security and safety which is a bonus. Gorgeous views in the morning. We hope to rent this condo again.

We were very lucky to get this beautiful condo for our vacation last minute booking. The real unit was described truefully via marketing pictures with gorgeous beachfront ocean view. The condo complex itself is not fancy but this unit gave us a very pleasant and cozy feeling like home. It was very clean and decorated artistically like a model house with quality furniture. We got very prompt responses from the property manager. All communication and instructions were clear and detailed. Check in and check out were simple. Designated parking space for the unit made parking easy. Kitchen had enough supplies for cooking meals (we stayed in other places and could not cook even a simple meal due to the lack of cookware). Beds were comfortable. A/C worked well during our very warm stay. A big 65" TV is also a plus with Netflix, Prime, etc..We requested a late check out at 11am instead of 10am due to an expected job interview for my daughter's work and the property manager was happy to arrange it. We were very greatful for this gesture. Overall, we had a wonderful experience with this property. We will be back and hightly recommend it.

The vacation rental is well furnished with all the comforts of home.
There are ample amenities in the kitchen to cook for and feed a large family if you wish, however it is also ideally located to many restaurants.
The patio is beautifully furnished with adequate seating to avail of the gorgeous beach view..

We stay just for five days. The view was amazing, apartment has every thing you need and has a lot of updates, very comfortable place. We were four adults and three kids and we enjoyed our stay a lot!! Very clean, indoor pool, tennis court, direct access to the beach! I highly recommend this place! Family friendly!

All was great with the property and the management company. We had a slight issue with the parking. I received a notice on my car regarding the possibility of being towed although I was parked in the assigned spot that was given to me at check in. The person at the front desk then gave us a sheet which outlined the parking spots that were supposed to be used. Just a bit confusing.
