Easy booking process, place was just as pictured had all the amenities for our family and a perfect view. Condo is at a great location - well maintained. Would book again and recommend.

The photos in the listing were a big reason I chose this property, but unfortunately, it didn’t quite live up to expectations. While the location is great and access to the beach and pool was definitely a plus, the unit itself felt very dated overall, with only minor updates in the kitchen.

It felt mostly clean at first glance, but there were noticeable signs of wear and quite a bit of hair in multiple areas, which was disappointing. I was also told towel sets would be provided, but there were fewer than promised — I had to reach out to the property, though they did respond promptly. The furniture and rug were uncomfortable, the fans didn't properly circulate air, and the king bed was loud, creaky, and massively uncomfortable. The air conditioning unit inside the second bedroom was too loud and kept guests awake. The ocean views from the windows could only be appreciated if standing near the window. The 'balcony' was uncomfortable.

Overall, while the setting was nice, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was a very nice condo that suited our family of 4. We cooked most our meals in the kitchen and found everything to be adequate. Our favorite part was the view from the enclosed sun room. Our only complaint was the ac unit in the 2nd bedroom was very loud but our children use a sound machine so it was ok. We loved the easy access to the beach and the shared pool at the condominium. Would definitely recommend! Property was clean and accurate to the listing.

The rental was extremely clean and updated. The kids loved the bunk beds. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed to cook meals. There was plenty of space for 6 of us to hang swim suits and towels to dry. The pool was open late for night swims. Only a 10 minute drive to the beginning of the boardwalk. We had such a great vacation staying here.

This condo was only ok. When we arrived there was still a ton of sand all over the floor and the one bathroom sink was dirty. The condo definitely needs some work and it could use new mattresses that don’t squeak when you move in just the slightest way. They also need to fix the blinds in the master room so that you can actually change in their and those sitting on the “porch” can’t see in your room as you change.

We were very impressed with the condo. It was extremely clean and in great condition. Everything was very convenient, from check in to parking, the pool, the beach, and easy access to many things on coastal highway. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Vacationing in OC. The place was clean and tidy. The rental management team was superb in answering questions. The kids unfortunately had a tough time sleeping because the ac unit was located in their bedroom and was quite loud.

Perfect place for a small family with great ocean views. The condo was just like the pictures.

The unit is beautiful. We love how close it is to the beach, literally just behind the building. Beach is so quite. The property pool was also a wonderful plus, especially with little kids, very convenient. Thank you
