Situated on 85th street, the unit is strategically located to see all that Ocean City has to offer. Whether it is fantastic restaurants/bars, shopping, miniature golf, go carts, water parks or the boardwalk; you'll be just a short drive/bus ride away!
This extremely clean 2 BR 2 BA unit has everything you need to enjoy your vacation! And it gets even better with stainless refrigerator with icemaker, stainless dishwasher, sectional sofa with a double sleeper bed, and a larger hot water heater. This unit has a master bedroom with a king size bed, central AC, and a full kitchen for those times where you want to eat at home. Parents will love the balcony where they can relax while watching the family have fun pool side! It's definitely a fantastic value!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* There is a $50 resort fee due at check in.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* Check-in is 4pm and checkout is 10am.

(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Beachfront building
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 85th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.

Easy parking on-site. Condo pool and just across the dunes from the beach, Couldn't ask for more.
Condo itself was comfortable and roomy enough for the 4 of us. Only wished it had a better view from the balcony. No ocean view and a slight piece of the bay across the hwy and wine store.

Thee apartment was very comfortable and clean. Everything was as we expected. The management property was helpful when needed. The pool area was kept very clean at all times. We went to restaurants both in OC and Fenwick Island. Must try Catch 54 on Fenwick Island and the Hobbit on the Bay in OC Maryland.

Everything about our condo was accurately described! It was comfy and cozy. Usually I clean first thing but it wasn't necessary at this condo! The location was amazing. We were able to walk down to the beach at any time. The manager of the building was very friendly! We would absolutely stay here again!

This was a really nice property right on the beach. Walking distance to a grocery store and plenty of restaurants. Nice area to take walks in the morning, and cool to be on the beach in the evening with the family. Only a 15 drive to the boardwalk.

Easy checkin. 1st floor condo. No beach view but you can see the pool from the balcony. Condo in great shape. Layout is good. Had everything you needed for cooking and cleaning up. Beach access was convenient and the beach was not crowded. Had some minor issues with TV and bathtub but was fixed the next morning.

We enjoyed the Antigua and would visit again. It's clean, roomy and conveniently located. The apartment does lack an ocean view but it's not a game changer. The only down side to the visit was water was off in the daytime so there water main could be replaced. We would visit again.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo with a very clean beach and wonderful pool. The location was great for us to enjoy all the attractions Ocean City had to offer. The property manager was very helpful and fixed our small issue in a timely manner. We highly recommend this condo and hope to return in the future.
