  • Air conditioner and heater checked for proper operation 
  • Property checked for signs of forced entry and vandalism
  • Inventory check (vacuum, tv's, stereo, paintings & antiques)
  • Check for interior plumbing, exterior and roof leaks.
  • Smoked detectors checked for proper operation
  • Appliances checked for proper operation along with mildew check on for refrigerator (if turned off)
